Responsibilities:
- Recruiting key hires in collaboration with management with a specific focus on operations and software engineers.
- Build relationships with key institutions and partners in biotech, venture capital and government.
- Support the productivity of leadership meetings by owning the planning, agenda, and notes.
- Support senior management in setting the overall strategy of the company and in day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment
- Experience project managing high-impact HR.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills with strong delivery focus
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities to achieve deadlines without compromising quality or standards
